This is a BGW Model 250D stereo power amplifier. Physically inside is clean and outside some scratches. It had a lot of tape residue which I cleaned off. I checked internal components and only found one electrolytic capacitor open on one of the output modules. There are only 3 electrolytic caps on each channels output modules which have been replaced with new ones. The power supply caps tested good and were not changed. All transistors are original; I don’t believe it has been serviced before. There was some cracking on the power cord where it goes in; taped. Power cord plug was replaced before I received the amp. It has the original factory unbalanced plugins under the back cover plate. This is how I used for inputs. For balanced input a transformer needs to be plugged into the back sockets. It is a 100w per channel into 8 ohms amplifier. The power switch is a fast acting circuit breaker; working and power on LED. Level controls work as they should. Well built amp with high quality parts. DC out good and music tests sounded good.
